From Surplus To Demand

We source, trade, store and ship crude oil, refined products and gas.

"We move product from where it is long to where it is short — and stand behind every cargo we ship."

Sourcing. We secure product from refineries, producers and storage positions, matching available grades against confirmed demand rather than trading on speculation.

Structuring. Terms are documented before anything moves: specification, quantity tolerance, inspection regime, payment instrument, laycan and demurrage.

Inspection. An independent inspector establishes quantity and quality at load port and issues the certificates the contract requires.

Shipping. We charter or nominate the vessel, confirm laycan with the terminal, and manage the loading programme against the agreed schedule.

Delivery. Cargo delivers against the agreed Incoterm with the full document set, and payment releases against documents.

01

Enquiry & Indicative Offer

You send grade, volume, delivery terms, destination port and target laycan. We confirm we can serve it, then issue indicative terms you can evaluate without commitment.

02

Compliance & Contract

Both sides complete KYC — company registration, authorised signatories, proof of funds or product. Agreed terms are then documented in a sales and purchase agreement.

03

Inspection & Loading

An independent inspector — SGS, Intertek or an agreed equivalent — establishes quantity and quality at load port and issues the certificates the contract requires.

04

Delivery & Settlement

Cargo delivers against the agreed Incoterm with the full document set. Payment releases against documents per the agreed instrument.

Grades We Trade
